Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collision/Body Shop Technician or similar role
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of collision experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs, including frame straightening, welding, filling, sanding
- Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates
- Work closely with insurance adjusters, estimators to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and functional condition
- Ensure all repairs meet industry quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
