Requirements
- Proven experience as a collision/body shop technician.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and work in various positions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Glendale, AZ location.
Nice To Haves
- Certification from I-CAR preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repair and bodywork on a variety of vehicles, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and ensuring surfaces are clean and defect-free.
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters and service advisors to facilitate smooth repair processes.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to restore vehicles to original manufacturer specifications.
