This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to drive operational efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development within a high-volume collision center. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in collision repair operations, insurance relations, production management, and financial performance. This individual will oversee all phases of the repair process and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and manufacturer standards. This facility maintains active DRP relationships with major insurance carriers, including State Farm and USAA, providing consistent repair volume and business stability.
