About The Position

BSN SPORTS is seeking a Licensing Specialist to support our growing operations and play a central role in the success of our Sales and Collegiate Select teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys being a key resource for internal partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow through and the ability to deliver accurate, timely results within a CRM-driven workflow. Reporting to the Licensing Manager, this position directly supports our broader growth strategy and contributes to the quality and integrity of our licensed product pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of progressive experience in a related role.
  • Experience supporting or working closely with sales teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven communication skills and comfort interacting with customers or internal partners.

  • Familiarity with collegiate licensing standards a plus.
  • Experience in a collegiate campus environment a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales professionals and internal teams seeking guidance on licensing requirements, artwork approvals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and resolve daily licensing intake requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Navigate requests that require multiple touchpoints and ensure a smooth, complete resolution.
  • Meet defined performance metrics, including response times, submission timelines and resolution efficiency.
  • Partner with fellow Licensing Specialists to share best practices and strengthen a culture focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
  • Support the Licensing Manager by assisting in the development of training materials for sales teams and internal stakeholders.
