About The Position

The College Worship Associate Director will be responsible for maintaining planning center, leading worship at College Live Services, file management, coordinating service flow details, and overseeing the worship team and experience for the College Ministry.

Requirements

  • Fully participates in the life of the church as an active covenant member by gathering, grouping, giving, and going. (Acts 2:42)
  • Submits to and supports the leadership of the church elders. (Heb. 13:17)

  • Glorifies God with the humble use of spiritual gifts. (Rom. 12:3-8)

Responsibilities

  • Lead worship at College Live services.
  • Support volunteer recruitment, coordination, and ongoing engagement.
  • Lead band practices and transitions practices.
  • Attend all required meetings, including a Monday team meeting, Wednesday service planning meeting, and quarterly college ministry planning meetings.
  • Plan set lists and service flows for College Live & Big Days (Fall Kickoff, Fall Retreat, Easter, etc.)
  • Schedule band/production on planning center.
