Only students who have completed this year’s FAFSA and Accepted the Student Employment Award in their Financial Aid Package are eligible to apply For Semester/Term: Spring 2026 Hiring Department: Campus Recreation Supervisor: Andrea Gonzalez Location: North Las Vegas Campus Work Hours per week: up to 20.0 Hourly Rate of Pay: $14.00 Job Description: When assigned to the front desk in Campus Recreation, the employee will perform a variety of clerical tasks which include receptionist duties, customer service, program registration, record keeping, data entry, filing, and may include support of weekend/evening special events or projects. The employee will conduct tours of the facility, explain membership requirements, create membership cards, marketing, and provide information about Athletics. Effectively manage and maintain equipment and other duties assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and customer skills, respectful interaction with all contacts, trustworthy, dependable and punctual, takes initiative, willingness to learn new processes. Have a good understanding of diverse multicultural environments, basic knowledge of MS Outlook, CANVA, MS-Word, and MS-Excel.
