GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Office Support, greet individuals and provide direction to inquiries about services and resources. Telephone communication, sorting, filing, shredding, and copying as needed. Check mailboxes and other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be dependable, mature and responsible. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Willing to learn basic advising skills / self-service and have a general idea of offices around campus. Clerical or office experience a plus. General knowledge of enrollment process or willingness to learn. WORKING CONDITIONS: Variances from regular working hours may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Busy working environment with numerous interruptions Work in a climate controlled office - sitting and occasionally standing or walking when assisting students.
