About The Position

Kamehameha Schools Kapalama High School is looking for a Transition Specialist to assist our students in realizing their post-high goals by supporting their transition off campus into their future aspirations focusing on college and career opportunities while maximizing scholarship and financial aid opportunities. The ideal candidate will have related experience working with students, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to consult, advise and guide students and families on their future career and education pathways. This position will not only support our students but manage the program at large; building relationships on campus, with students' ‘ohana, community stakeholders, and colleges in within their assigned region. Kapalama graduates approximately 450 seniors annually with the High School having an annual enrollment of 1,800 students.
