About The Position

The College Success Coach at Paul D. Camp Community College is responsible for providing academic coaching and support to students, particularly those from underserved populations. Requirements

• Ability to engage, support, and motivate students.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel between college locations.
• Proficient in internet applications and PC-based software, preferably Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical and statistical data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Engage with students in the target population on a weekly basis.
• Conduct individual and small group sessions with students.
• Interact with faculty and other resources to ensure student support.
• Provide outreach to all College students with reported needs.
• Assist students in developing individualized academic plans and applying for financial aid.
• Identify academic and personal needs and make referrals to tutoring and community resources.
• Provide follow-up support to each student as needed.
• Conduct educational-based research analysis and compile statistical data.
• Establish systematic program interventions aimed at student success.
• Prepare grant-required reports by designated deadlines.
• Manage time effectively and serve on college committees as needed.
