KP College Pipeline Internship. The intern will have responsibility from beginning to end for at least one project within the assigned department, with difficulty increasing each year. The intern will make a presentation on project progress to members of their department or medical center, attend assigned meetings, and complete a self-assessment for end-of-summer evaluation discussions. The intern will learn and apply the format and procedure for documenting work-related expenses, completing and submitting forms for approval, and will complete expense reports if applicable. The intern will meet all criteria of Kaiser Permanente and assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
