About The Position

The College/Unit of IST is seeking applicants for part-time job of Part-Time Research Technician. Job duties to include: Research technician will be expected to assist in ongoing research projects in the Silverman lab. Duties will include data cleaning, processing, and analysis; regular meetings with the PI to discuss progress and future directions; quarterly presentations to the Silverman lab and potential presentations at conferences and symposia depending on progress.

Requirements

• Strong math background including linear algebra, multivariate calculus, probability theory, and statistics
• Strong coding skills with familiarity with Python and/or R programming languages
