About The Position
The Rental Operations Intern supports branch operations by assisting with customer interactions, rental transactions, and equipment coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to daily operations including sales support, logistics coordination, and customer service while contributing to overall branch performance. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program or pursuing relevant professional experience
- Interest in business operations, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer interactions and inbound calls
- Support rental quotes, contracts, and transactions
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups
- Maintain rental records and equipment availability data
- Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
- Collaborate with shop and operations teams
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Support sales team and customer needs
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with dispatching and routing logistics
- Complete administrative support tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism and alignment with company values
- Maintain organization and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
