About The Position

The Rental Operations Intern supports branch operations by assisting with customer interactions, rental transactions, and equipment coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to daily operations including sales support, logistics coordination, and customer service while contributing to overall branch performance. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program or pursuing relevant professional experience
  • Interest in business operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer interactions and inbound calls
  • Support rental quotes, contracts, and transactions
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain rental records and equipment availability data
  • Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with shop and operations teams
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas
  • Support sales team and customer needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist with dispatching and routing logistics
  • Complete administrative support tasks
