Job Description Responsibilities include: Performing engineering and testing activities under the supervision of engineers, typically in support of R/F and microwave interconnect products. Common activities include creating CAD models and drawings of fixtures and parts, as well as assisting with mechanical and electrical testing with engineering supervision. Also, with engineering direction candidate may perform calculations, doing data analysis, program equipment and write reports.

  • Enrollment in an accredited engineering program. BSME (Mechanical Engineering), BSEE (Electrical Engineering) or other Inter-Disciplinary program leading to a BSME with the exception of Civil Engineering is suitable.
  • Ideal candidate will have completed the first two years of course work by May of 2025.
  • Must have good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with software including MS Office tools (Excel, Word) is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and proactive in management of projects and tasks.
  • Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
  • Exposure to creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in CAD, preferably Autodesk Inventor is a plus, but not a necessity.
