The Innovation Intern will support Snap-on's innovation efforts by conducting research, facilitating customer connection initiatives, and managing certain outreach projects. They will lead research to be presented to internal stakeholders of Snap-on or its subsidiaries. Additionally, the intern will take the lead on various customer connection efforts such as organizing shop visits and recruiting participants for focus groups. As a key member of the Customer Connection team, the individual in this role will assist in the consolidation and reporting of insights and further findings from focus groups and other research methods.
