Requirements

• Current college student pursuing a finance‑related bachelor's degree who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a professional business environment
• Adept at learning new technologies and systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, reconciliations, invoice processing, budget tracking, financial forecasting, and preparing financial documents and spreadsheets
• Analyze financial trends, participate in month-end processes, and support various projects that improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Obtain documentation and other data needed to help develop procedures for future projects and analysis
• Assist higher level department personnel in performing calculations and tracking financial data
• Proof and edit contents of reporting, proposals, and other financial documentation
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
