The College Finance Intern will assist Holt Ventures in supporting a wide range of research across different investment asset classes, while supporting community and marketing efforts associated with the operation. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); ability to produce information in spreadsheets, documents, forms, tables, and presentations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional skills in customer service
  • Strong organization skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Basic math and algebra skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and customers (internal and external)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and research support for Investment and Charitable Giving functions
  • Provides written analysis on several topics
  • Conducts research across multiple subject matters
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
