The successful candidate will assist the East Valley - New Business Design team with a variety of assignments. This position provides the opportunity to learn about the service design and scheduling process within SRP. The student intern will work scheduled hours based on the department's needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 29.5 hours per week maximum. This position is not hybrid and will require in office availability.

  • Process construction prints and creating job packages for our design team and customers
  • Convey information to Schedulers and Designers
  • Updates work orders through WAM
  • Assists Schedulers with pulling and organizing files
  • Willingness to learn and be taught by an experienced professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment involving multiple internal departments and external
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management
