About The Position

The College in the Schools Program Manager at the University of Minnesota Duluth is responsible for coordinating the CITS program, which includes operations management, planning, documentation, supervision, mentoring, and professional development. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support College in the Schools program academic records, operations, and services.
  • Provide daily support of complex student information system processes.
  • Recommend and support Office of the Registrar departmental goals and best practices.
  • Assist in the supervision of staff and student employees.
  • Coordinate data access and security for the student information system.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Review program policies and procedures for accreditation alignment.
  • Manage the CITS budget and track expenses.
  • Maintain documents and assessment data for accreditation.
  • Stay current with NACEP accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with UMD academic community and high school partners.
  • Plan and organize program workshops and advisory board meetings.
  • Engage with CITS partners for problem resolution and communication.
  • Serve as a resource to faculty liaisons and high school partners.
  • Provide information on program policies and deadlines.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to promote a college-going culture.
