The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Digital College Associate to support the development and execution of digital media campaigns across high-profile brand partnerships. The Digital College Associate will align with the Digital Planning & Strategy team on all touchpoints of the deal life cycle. This role will work cross-functionally with a variety of internal teams to assist from presale strategy to post sale execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is willing to learn all aspects of digital brand marketing in the Live Entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work cross functionally with a variety of teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in Digital Media/Advertising/Marketing
  • Excellent organizational skills; capable of juggling multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for live entertainment and the digital advertising space
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Responsibilities

  • Work with Planning team to develop media recommendations using Live Nation’s suite of digital products and targeting parameters to deliver on client KPIs
  • Learn about and develop targeting strategies using Live Nation first party data with the Audience Solutions team
  • Join strategic planning and kickoff calls in the RFP Process
  • Assist Creator Collective team in creator sourcing (research & vetting)
  • Organize various campaign details such as offers, briefs, contracts, approvals/confirmations, and proof of performance
  • Traffic media campaigns alongside Ad Ops and Social teams to deliver assets and reserve inventory
  • Work with Planning and Strategy, Social, and Audience Solutions team to optimize execution strategy and delivery for client KPIs on various platforms
  • Monitor and report on delivery for pacing, results, and wrap reports
  • Assist with billing for sponsor campaigns and external partners
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership
