About The Position
Accounts Receivable Automotive Parts Toyota of North Miami is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding payments while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in collections or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and data entry
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Work closely with the finance and sales teams to resolve payment issues
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and escalate as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
