This role is responsible for managing advanced collection activities while also supporting loss mitigation efforts to help customers resolve delinquent accounts and avoid default. With support from senior fraud staff, execute the Banks front-line and/or electronic fraud programs including, but not limited to, management of loss prevention tools and processes (e.g. fraud detection systems and fraud prevention rules), fraud case investigation, electronic disputes, court testimony, and customer education and support. Performs collection of delinquent loan payments; locate skip customers; repossession of collateral when necessary; insure and store repossessed collateral with the eventual sale of collateral; keep the loan/delinquency ratio within the pre-established guidelines set by management.
