COLLECTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Patenaude & Felix, APC of Las Vegas, NV is looking to hire a full-time Legal Account Representative to join our firm. Requirements

No experience necessary, training provided.
Good communication skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to pass a background and drug test

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collect, negotiate, and recommend solutions to consumers via phone.
Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database.
Identify accounts that require legal processing.
Assisting Spanish-speaking customers; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
