About The Position
Do you want to learn how to be a Collector? Do you have telemarketing experience? Or do you have collection experience? We are willing to train the right dynamic individual to join our team! We have openings in our Rosemont location for full-time positions. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting on accounts, servicing inbound calls, and contacting customers both manually and through the use of an auto dialer system. This role requires a problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, strong negotiation skills, and active listening abilities. A good knowledge of FDCPA regulations is essential, along with dependability and good communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
