About The Position

The Collective Training Exercise Integrator (CTEI) role at Cherokee Federal involves developing, maintaining, and delivering training materials to support intelligence goals and standards. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and focuses on providing educational support through lesson plans and curricula, while also reviewing and incorporating emerging policies into training products. The CTEI will work closely with operational commanders to facilitate collective training exercises for various military units, ensuring the integration of hybrid threat doctrine and Unified Action Partner capabilities.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with recent experience in the CTEI position.
  • Minimum 3 iterations in a Combat Training Center (CTC) rotational unit in an Intelligence capacity.
  • Familiarity with DATE and employment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS).
  • Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of CTEI activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Exercise Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to support intelligence goals and objectives.
  • Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals.
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and assess for incorporation into training products.
  • Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required by the Government.
  • Provide liaison and direct support to the operational commander and Foundry Site Director for collective training exercises.
  • Support Army, Joint, Combined WFXs, and train intelligence elements of various military units.
  • Integrate hybrid threat doctrine and Unified Action Partner capabilities to meet operational training objectives.
  • Attend and graduate DISMG within 24 months.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
