Collections Strong Phone Skills High level accuracy Self-starter with good time-management skills Diplomacy and tact are a must Bi-lingual a plus High level of professionalism Strong system knowledge a must with proven track record of accuracy Ability to work well with others (both peers and members). This includes the ability to professionally communicate even in times of stress or frustration Low absenteeism and a history of being on time Ability to multi-task moving from one priority to another Understanding of products and services available to members (both loan and non-loan) Proven ability to stay at desk and answer calls, take members and focus on work Proven ability to cross sell the products and services provided by the credit union
