About The Position

As a Collections Supplier Management Intern, you will be expected to assist in the oversight and management of our outsourced suppliers working in the Collections & Recovery (C&R) space to enhance processes, minimize risk costs, and optimize returns. You will assist in the development of oversight processes and materials for supplier oversight within DLL US C&R, identify areas for process improvement, maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and performance, address queries from suppliers and team members, monitor potential risks or compliance breaches, conduct audits and reviews of supplier operations, and participate in check-in calls with suppliers and team members.

Requirements

• Student working on Bachelor's Degree
• Quality driven and results oriented
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to situations

Nice To Haves

• Project management experience preferred but not mandatory
• Call center experience for collections/customer service preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of oversight processes and materials for supplier oversight within DLL US C&R
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the collections and recovery space
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier interactions and performance
• Address any queries or concerns from suppliers and/or team members promptly
• Monitor any potential risks or compliance breaches and report them promptly
• Assist in conducting audits and reviews of supplier operations
• Schedule and participate in daily or weekly check-in calls with suppliers and/or team members involved in outsourcing processes
