About The Position

Founded in 1991, Zwicker represents creditors in a variety of consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts. Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States. Zwicker is presently seeking Financial Resolution Specialists to join our team. Schedule is Monday to Friday, no weekends. Weekly base pay plus bonus, uncapped bonus potential. The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00-$20.00.

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills. You will be required to complete a standard math skills assessment. Failure to satisfactorily complete this assessment could result in termination of employment.
• Must be available to attend and complete entire training program

Responsibilities

• Engage in outbound and inbound collection calls and email messages with debt settlement representatives to assess account position and negotiate favorable results for our clients.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
• Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.
• Comply with policies and procedures of Zwicker & Associates, P.C.
• Other duties as assigned.
