Job Description As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a combination of inbound and outbound calls while collecting charged off accounts. Establishing an excellent connection with your consumer allows you to positively have an impact on the success of the company. Your enthusiasm for customer service and competitiveness will drive you to success in our fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and work independently and in a team environment!

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• work independently and in a team environment!

Nice To Haves

• Two years of debt collection, sales, or telemarketing experience.
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections.
• Some College Preferred/ but not required.
