A company is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone comfortable making outbound calls, negotiating payment terms, and resolving outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• 2+ years of collections experience (third-party collections preferred)
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound collection calls (80–100 daily)
• Manage and collect on third-party accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve past-due balances
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and account updates
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
