Responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls to manage and recover outstanding payments
• Oversee Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment schedules
• Employ accounting software systems for tracking and recording payment transactions
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit status
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to keep customer credit records precise and up-to-date
• Leverage skills in Billing Functions and Collection Processes to effectively perform the role
• Use IBM AS/400 and Accurint to enhance productivity and efficiency in the role
• Apply knowledge in Collector and Credit to manage customer accounts and transactions effectively
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Operate Great Plains (GPAC) to manage and monitor customer accounts and transactions.
