About The Position
America's Car-Mart Inc dba Smart Auto and Bright Motors is looking for an experienced account manager for our payment center. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to negotiate and work with customers on consumer auto loans, and collections experience with a large consumer company. Smart Auto has been in business for over 17 years and was recently acquired by America's Car-Mart, Inc-the nation's largest buy-here-pay-here company in America. An account manager is responsible for a $4 million to $6 million book of business and the primary responsibility is to work with consumers on payments of their auto loan. At Smart Auto, we strive to keep the customer on the road. The account manager will work with the consumer to take payments, make payment arrangements, gather documents for due date changes, and work with the in-house service department for arrangements on repairs. Our account managers communicate with the consumers via phone, email, and text. The idea candidate must have good communication and follow-up skills along with excellent customer service ability.
