Job Overview Customer Service Representative will be supporting one the largest providers in the U.S. for military service members and their families. Associates will be servicing inbound and outbound calls from customers concerning collection policies, procedures, and strategies for resolving past due accounts. Duties will include collecting past due payments, complete skip locate functions when necessary. Associates will be compliant with federal regulations regarding banking, security and privacy regulations. As a third-party associate, this will be a main factor in their work along with servicing the members with all banking requests. This is a fast paced, problem solving, and member centric unit of the enterprise. We are looking for like-minded and skilled individuals.
