As a Collections Manager at ProCollect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the collections process while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and laws related to consumer collections. You will also take elevated collection calls and handle correspondence related to collections, maintaining accurate records of all interactions with past due accounts. As a leader, you will provide general supervision and training to the collection floor, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. In addition to managing the team, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the performance of employees and supervisors, assisting with interviews, and implementing company policies and procedures. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven work environment will be essential, as will your punctuality and dependability. The position requires flexibility, as you will need to work a rotating shift to cover the collection floor, which operates Monday through Saturday. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, along with a monthly bonus structure and comprehensive medical benefits, including 100% coverage for medical, vision, and dental expenses.
