Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of Third Party Withholding (TPW) and State Agency Collections (SAC) programs.
• Supervise subordinate staff and prioritize daily activities within the programs.
• Oversee the processing of garnishments, levies, and income withholding orders against state income tax refunds and payroll.
• Serve as the primary liaison with state agencies, courts, and universities regarding SAC debt referral and reporting.
• Perform supervisory functions including performance management, training, and program evaluation.
• Lead special projects and give presentations on behalf of the Services Management Division.
• Instruct and mentor new staff members.
• Participate in committees to assist in the development and implementation of strategic goals.
