About The Position

The Collections Expert is someone passionate about talking to customers and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently. A self-starter who is able to roll up their sleeves and learn new skill sets to get the job done and a team player who wants to partner with their colleagues to help put the customer experience first!

Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
  • Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls for customers with bad debt
  • Maintain the standard occupancy rate for the department
  • Primarily handle outbound communication based upon an assigned list
  • Assist with inbound general customer inquiries as needed
  • Respond to SMS, Email and Voicemails from customers
  • When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments
  • Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed
  • Customer data entry
  • Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the appropriate staff
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
