On a day to day basis, representatives will be expected to handle customer phone calls, emails, and chat lines regarding their utility service needs. Reps will learn up to 5 different software sites/programs. Taking 40-50 inbound calls a day. All calls will be with customers throughout NM in regards to: General questions on service for utility service needs Payment/billing arrangements for customers Collections due to COVID payment plans Connecting and/or disconnecting service
