We know that we are only as good as our team. The Collections Specialist is responsible for 150-250 open invoices/claims per month, which will fluctuate depending on the season. As the primary person responsible for “cash conversion”, the Collections Specialist will collaborate with the homeowner and advocate on their behalf to the carrier. Equally, as important, the Collections Specialist advocate must be a highly effective communicator, written and verbal, with a record of accomplishment in establishing respectful relationships at all levels internally and externally.
