About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and professional Collections Call Agent to manage outbound calls with customers who have outstanding balances. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations respectfully while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in collections , customer service , and/or outbound calling
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience with Quickbooks.
  • Experience with Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
  • Persuasive, confident, and professional communication style
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collections calls to customers with outstanding balances
  • Follow up on past-due accounts in a professional and respectful manner
  • Answer customer inquiries related to balances, payments, and account status
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date notes in the CRM or internal system
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary
