Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities for early-stage past due accounts to achieve target delinquency goals with minimal loss ratios.
• Manage collection activity for various equipment finance channels and transaction sizes.
• Assist clients by providing accurate information on accounts and responding to inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve payment, billing, and customer service issues.
• Analyze customer accounts to establish repayment plans using sound judgment.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in customer service systems.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service/Collections team and other departments to enhance customer experience.
