About The Position
The Collections Associate will be responsible for contacting past due borrowers and collect delinquent amounts due, Automatic Debit (ACH) changes, send default letters and handle general inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills, effective communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent customer service skills including consistent communication and follow up with both internal and external stakeholders. The Associate will report to the VP of Loan Servicing and this is a hybrid position based out of the San Diego office.
