Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility to work in shifts to meet business requirements.
• Investigation, problem-solving, and good relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.
• Initiate actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer.
• Contact customers via email and calls to confirm receipt of shipment, invoices, upcoming payment dates, and invoices to be paid.
• Facilitate timely accounting of funds credited to the Flex Bank account.
• Generate and update weekly accounts receivable reports and prepare accounts receivable/general ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure completion of month-end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.
• Hold up audit requirements for the assigned function.
