About The Position

We seek a motivated and results-driven Collections Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with our external collection agencies.

Requirements

• 1+ year in collections agency experience preferred (finance, B2B, or related industry a plus)
• Highly organized an absolute requirement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve processes
• Positive attitude with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Please note that starting salary will be commensurate with Collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with 3rd party external collection agencies.
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain the status of all active accounts.
• File and terminate UCC liens.
• Document management.
• Review specific state Secretary of State websites to determine if merchants are operational. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
