About The Position

Makotek is seeking qualified Collections Agents to join their team in Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas. This role involves driving to customers' homes to collect past-due payments or retrieve equipment provided by Spectrum. No prior experience is necessary as paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Have a reliable vehicle.
• Have auto insurance.
• Have an active Driver's License.
• Have a cell phone (Android or iPhone) to use work-order software.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes to collect past-due payments or equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during collections.
• Communicate regularly with the General Manager.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations, including COVID-19 guidelines.
