About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Loans Collections Specialist! We are looking to strengthen our dynamic, growing team. Become part of an amazing team at Snap! How you'll make an impact: Outbound/Inbound calling to past due customers. Negotiating with the customer to resolve their delinquency. Use your strong negotiation skills and assertiveness to resolve their delinquency. To follow instructions effectively. Being fast, flexible and friendly. Soft collections.

Requirements

• 6 months of previous collections experience preferred
• Advanced English (B2+) across the board
• Schedule flexibility (Monday through Friday between 7 am to 7 pm - One Saturday a month will be required)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assertiveness required
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Fast learner
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High School diploma
