About The Position

Join ImpactLife as a Collection Specialist – CDL Driver and we’ll train you to become a professional phlebotomist while you help support lifesaving blood donations across our region. What You’ll Do As part of our Donor Services Phlebotomy team, you will: Provide exceptional customer service while registering and screening donors Learn and perform phlebotomy (paid training provided) Deliver excellent donor care throughout the donation process Safely drive and operate blood collection vehicles (box trucks, truck + trailer combos, and buses) Transport equipment and team members to and from blood drive sites Set up and tear down mobile collection events Restock and organize supplies Schedule This is a full‑time, 30–39 hours/week position with a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. What We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you: Have strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the public Bring a solid, reliable work history Can follow standard operating procedures Are flexible with schedules and can travel for up to two weeks for initial training Are comfortable driving larger vehicles in all types of weather Hold a valid CDL B (or higher) with airbrake endorsement and meet our insurability requirements Have (or can obtain) a DOT Medical Certification Can pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report No phlebotomy experience needed—we will train you! Requirements
