About The Position

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a collection manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop collection plans and strategies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a collection manager on our team, you will use your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you will collaborate across the IC to understand gaps and needs. You'll validate information and develop collection plans for customer needs. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into new missions and organizations. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • Knowledge of collection management evaluation through MOEs and MOPs to identify gaps and trends
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Commands
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide quick turn deliverables
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in collection management, including execution of multi-INT collection plans and strategies, or 7+ years of experience in collection management, including execution of multi-INT collection plans and strategies in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with USCYBERCOM
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis
  • Master's degree
  • Graduate of a collection management course
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
