About The Position

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in NV, NY, IL, MI, MO, OH, NC, GA, and FL, seeking full-time Collection Agents for our Williamsville, NY office. This position offers an immediate bonus opportunity and allows candidates to take advantage of reduced goals in the first four months.

Responsibilities

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
