About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategic Finance Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how financial analysis directly informs executive decision-making across a complex, multi-business organization. You will work alongside experienced finance leaders to evaluate investments, assess performance, and support strategic initiatives that impact the company at scale. This role is designed for students interested in corporate finance, strategy, investing, or operating roles within high-growth companies. Interns are expected to think critically, take ownership of workstreams, and contribute meaningfully to live business decisions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with an expected graduation date by Spring 2027.
  • Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills; comfort working with large or complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; prior experience with financial modeling or accounting concepts preferred.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
  • High intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in how businesses allocate capital and drive performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with accountability, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in sports, entertainment, consumer products, or technology businesses is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Strategic Finance team across high-impact initiatives spanning Athlete Partnerships, Automation & Operations, Manufacturing, Topps, and other core business units.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and inform capital allocation decisions.
  • Build and refine financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
  • Assist in preparing analyses and materials for senior leadership and executive-level discussions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across operations, product, partnerships, and commercial functions to understand key business drivers.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, transformation efforts, and special projects tied to enterprise growth initiatives.
