What You’ll Do As a Summer 2026 Operations Intern, you will support critical day-to-day operations at our Tigard facility while gaining exposure to logistics, asset management, and operational process improvement. This role is highly hands-on and offers meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently graduated (Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Ability to work onsite in Tigard, OR for the full program duration (June 1 – August 7, 2026)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a hands-on environment that may include lifting, organizing, and moving materials
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in operations, logistics, supply chain, or facility management
  • Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Experience with inventory tracking, shipping tools, or documentation (academic or prior internship experience is sufficient)
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on varied tasks as priorities shift

Responsibilities

  • Support inbound and outbound shipping operations, including order preparation, labeling, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking
  • Help maintain accurate records for asset management systems, audits, and location tracking
  • Assist with daily warehouse and facility operations, including organization, space optimization, and process improvements
  • Play an active role in the physical transition to our new office and operations space, including packing, move coordination, setup, and teardown
  • Partner with Operations leaders to document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices
  • Identify inefficiencies or risks within logistics and facility processes and propose practical, actionable improvements
  • Support special operational projects related to peak volume periods, new initiatives, or tooling changes
  • Serve as a reliable, on-site point of support for cross-functional teams working within the Tigard facility
