About the Internship The Summer 2026 Business Ops Intern will support growth initiatives focused on non-trading card product categories , including supplies, apparel, and other collector accessory products. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic analysis, cross-functional execution, and end-to-end product launch processes. This internship is designed for students interested in learning how business strategy, analytics, and operations come together within a fast-paced consumer and e-commerce environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field (graduating in 2026 or later)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Interest in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; experience building presentations or dashboards is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support growth initiatives across non-trading card product lines, including supplies, apparel, and accessories
  • Build reports, analyses, and business cases to inform strategic and product decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to manage logistics and execution from concept through launch
  • Research gaps in the current product assortment and evaluate opportunities to expand the SKU roadmap
  • Assist in developing recommendations for new products based on customer needs, market trends, and operational considerations
  • Contribute to end-to-end project coordination to ensure alignment across stakeholders and timelines
